Delete Your Konva Account
How to delete your account, and exactly what happens to your data when you do.
Last updated: 5 August 2026
1. Who this applies to
This page applies to the Konva mobile application and web portal, operated by RMRJT Pty Ltd. If you have any questions about deleting your account or your data, contact us at [email protected].
2. Delete from within the app
This is the fastest method, and it confirms your identity automatically.
- Open the Konva app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and the data described in section 4 are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
3. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app — for example you have changed devices or forgotten your sign-in details — email [email protected] from the address associated with your Konva account, and include:
- The email address associated with your Konva account
- A statement that you are requesting deletion of your account
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving it.
4. What is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed from our systems:
- Account and profile — your name, email address, phone number, year of birth, gender, height and profile photo
- Health and fitness data — body measurements, weight, body-fat percentage, workout and exercise logs, set logs and personal records
- Nutrition data — food entries, meal plans, nutrition targets and water intake
- Progress photos — including any notes attached to them. The image files themselves are deleted from our storage, not just the database records.
- Bookings, sessions and check-in responses
- Images and files you uploaded, including those shared in chat
- Credentials and devices — passkeys, multi-factor authentication factors, sign-in sessions and push notification tokens
- Product analytics — your analytics profile and its associated events are deleted from our analytics provider
5. What is retained, and why
Messages you sent in shared conversations are retained, with your name removed. Deleting them outright would remove parts of other people's conversation history — messages they received, and replies that would no longer make sense without the message they answered. Your messages therefore remain visible to the people you sent them to, attributed to "Deleted user" rather than to you. Any images you sent are deleted.
Content you created inside an organisation — such as a channel or a check-in form — is likewise retained so that the organisation and its other members keep working, again with your name removed.
We may also retain records where we are required to by law. Where that applies, the data is kept only for as long as the relevant obligation requires.
6. If you own an organisation
If you are the owner of an organisation on Konva — for example a trainer with clients — you cannot yet delete your account directly from the app. Deleting it would remove the organisation your clients depend on, and your clients' own health data is theirs, not yours to erase.
Contact us at [email protected] and we will transfer ownership or wind the organisation down with you, then complete your deletion.
7. Your other rights
Deleting your account is one of several rights you have over your personal information. For access, correction and complaints, see our Privacy Policy.
